Redevelopment Status

After extensive discussions and negotiations, both internally and with the Council, we are pleased to announce that we have now finalised our concept floor plan for the redevelopment. You can now view the plan on display at the noticeboard. Walter Brooke Architects are currently working on the detailed plans and preparing the documentation for planning consent.

We anticipate construction to commence in early 2025. Stay tuned for further details regarding the schedule and any impacts on the club’s availability as they become available.

The club is continuing to seek additional funding to ensure the comprehensive completion of the project, including all necessary equipment and furniture. Along with the generous $3 million grant from the Member for Lee, Hon Stephen Mullighan MP, we are thrilled to announce that during the AFL Gather Round, we secured an additional $150,000 from the SA Football Facilities Fund to support our redevelopment efforts.

SOON - Procurement Phase (Building Consent, Tender for Builder, Confirm Costs)

LATER - Delivery Phase (Appoint Builder, Alternate Operations, Construction early 2025)
